Error to create my AVD

hi all, i'm trying to set up my AVD at AVD Manager in order to test my app's, however i got an Error: Unknown tarjet 'android-23' in C:\User\Mario\android\avd\Nexus_5x_API_23.ini also Android Virtual Device (AVD) Manager displays the following:

AVD Name | Tarjet Name | Platform | API Level | CPU/ABI Nexus_5x_API_23 ? ? ? ?

I analyze the path at C:\User\Mario\android\avd and in avd folder is indeed the subfolder Nexus_5x_API_avd but not Nexus_5x_API_23.ini

What can i do ?
