Are you trying this on local wordpress instance (using xampp or mamp) or is it a production instance?

Hi Zac Gordon ,

I tried all different sort of sizes . From a little arrow for iOS device till a big photoshop universe . Nothing worked. Whatever i put there , this error pop ups.

I do have the images, some of them in the Media Dashboard. But when i want to put it on the page, like you showed in the video , it won't ever stop loading , its just , don't work .

Is this a local site or on a server? Do they still have the option for the old styled file uploader? What happens if you install a theme that let's you upload a custom background or header image. Do those work?
