Error when launching console. How to fix?

Since Thursday, when I click on the "Launch Console" button on the video, the console window opens starts the loading process then ends up displaying "Error an error has occurred please try again later. Sorry". It has been doing this since Thursday night and it is still doing it today. Is there something I have to do? Do I keep waiting and trying it later?
