Error when running npm test with my react project

When i run npm test on my project i get the following error:

Cannot find module 'react' from 'Accordion.js' at Resolver.resolveModule (node_modules/jest-resolve/build/index.js:179:17) at Object.<anonymous> (../../node_modules/react-bootstrap/lib/Accordion.js:21:14)

I tried to set up the project again, and faced the same problem. Since all the files in node_modules are set up by Create react app there must be some kind of fundamental problem. Have i missed to import the right files in the configuration somewhere?
