Error with importing matplotlib

When I execute the command to run install matplotlib as shown in the video I am given the following error.

'C:\Users\Peter' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Anyone know how to resolve this error?

For anyone who comes across this post, we added new instructions in the Teacher's Notes to enable proper installation of matplotlib:

import sys
!{sys.executable} -m pip install --upgrade pip
!{sys.executable} -m pip install msgpack
!{sys.executable} -m pip install matplotlib
%matplotlib inline
