Even with HTTP/2 we can still only load 6 - 8 files at a time per domain???

In the Front End Web Optimization Workflow course, a quiz question suggested that even with HTTP/2 we can still only load 6 - 8 files at a time per domain. I thought this whole issue was solved by HTTP/2, with the help of multiplexing. What am I missing here?
