Exception in thread "main" java.lang.StackOverflowError

Not sure what I am doing wrong here. I am trying to add a while loop to this the isFullyCharged method but I keep getting this error.

GoKart.java
public class GoKart {
  public static final int MAX_ENERGY_BARS = 8;
  private String mColor;
  private int mBarsCount;

  public GoKart(String color) {
    mColor = color;
    mBarsCount = 0;
  }

  public String getColor() {
    return mColor;
  }

  public void charge() {
   mBarsCount = MAX_ENERGY_BARS;
  }

  public boolean isBatteryEmpty() {
    return mBarsCount == 0;
  }

  public boolean isFullyCharged() {
    boolean isCharging = false;
    if (!isFullyCharged()){
      mBarsCount++;
    }
    while(!isFullyCharged()){
      System.out.println("Charging");
    }
    return mBarsCount == MAX_ENERGY_BARS;

  }

}

Thank you Diar I was wondering why I was getting this long list of errors....I was able to find a fix for this problem on another post.

You did an infinit Loop here by doing this

if (!isFullyCharged())

So what this is doing never goes ontil the end of the function keeps looping to the if condition and then you get the StackOverflow error.
