Execute Code if the user moves forward

Hey,

I'm currently building an app and have written this code so far:

motionManager.startDeviceMotionUpdates() motionManager.startAccelerometerUpdates() motionManager.accelerometerUpdateInterval = 0.01 motionManager.deviceMotionUpdateInterval = 0.01 var acceleDataZ: Double = (motionManager.accelerometerData?.acceleration.z)!

Now I need to execute code should the user move forward.

Do you know how to do that?
