Python Using Databases in Python Gettin' CRUD-y With It Add An Entry

Executing on Windows 7 with Git Bash, runs fine until I input option a, then doesn't respond.

Any idea why this is, when I run it in windows cmd it runs fine, but I prefer using git bash which isn't executing it the same, any idea why? Should I not be using git bash for python related applications?

Maybe Git Bash is using a different version of Python or different directories in the PATH environment variable...?

Either that or the sys.stdin is not working properly?
