Feedback on my design of Stormy

Hi! I went back and redesigned the Stormy app a few weeks ago, and just now figured I should ask you guys what you think of my design. The basic concept is largely the same, but I added a tab layout, changed the color scheme, made a background in Adobe Illustrator, made some changes to the text, added cardviews and split the code into fragments, alongside a few other minor changes.

I'm looking for feedback on my redesign. What do you think? And for those of you who have also done some additional work on Stormy, what features do you recommend adding, aside from location awareness?

I'm also thinking of redoing the two lists a little bit to make them look a little nicer.
