FileZilla won't open for me.

I'm on a Mac with OS version 10.9.5 and while the file downloads from the site, I cannot open it. What are my options?

have you ever ran FileZilla, or any other FTP client software on your computer before? Have you checked to see if you have any processes that seem odd that are running?

Hi, Filezilla would be my first FTP software but what's strange is the fact that once I download it and click to install it, I get a message saying it is unable to launch.
