PHP Build a Simple PHP Application Listing Inventory Items Even More Excitement With Arrays

"fill in the blank" questions don't load

When taking the quiz on "Even More Excitement with Arrays" in the "Listing Inventory Items" lesson, the "fill in the blank" questions don't load on either Chrome or Safari... I can't pass the quiz as a result. They just give a screen with no question and no ability to move on. Reloading/refreshing the page starts the quiz over. Blarg! How can I pass the quiz?!
