Firefox animation blur

Here's an ainimation i've created based on lessons learnt on the tutorial. http://t.co/lIP4UbR1R9

Works a dream in Chrome but; Firefox the animation is centre, but elements appeared blured once the animation has ended.

IE - the circle is missing and non animation.

Does anyone who the cause of issues, solutions to the above.
