Python Python Collections (2016, retired 2019) Dictionaries Dictionary Basics

First challenge makes me think I'm missing something basic.

Challenge requires me to add a list inside my dict and then also a dict for a value for the last key/value item. my code should pretty much explain what I'm trying to do but Im getting a syntax error. Im not sure what Im missing. Help is appreciated and thank you!

dicts.py
player = {"name": "Link", "remaining_lives":3, {"levels": [1,2,3,4]},items: {"boomerang":1}}

You're very close, but I see two issues:

  • the "levels" key and list don't need to be enclosed in their own set of braces
  • the "items" key needs quotes around it
