First PHP line seems wrong but I can't figure out why

Hi! So I tried a bunch of combinations but " <?php echo <h1>Personal Media Library</h1>; ?>" doesn't seem to work and I can't figure out why. Can anyone assist? Thank you!

Yes it's wrong: <h1>Personal Media Library</h1> is a string and therefore you need quotes around it.
