I compared your code with mine and I found a bunch of mistakes that I made on my code so thanks. :)

The only mistake I saw on your code was a typo on line 122.

Oh, that typo was the reason for my nav links not working. As for the white space, it seems it has something to do with Google Chrome cache. Thanks!
