HTML HTML Forms Choosing Options Create Radio Buttons

For some reason every time I put <label>Shirt Size</label> above the radio buttons it says I'm wrong.

It says not to associate the label with element yet so I haven't put

<label for="shirt_size> Shirt Size</label> .
