Foundation Framework setup help

I have recently downloaded yeti-launch for mac OS x from the foundation website and plan to use it for an app I am building. However, the program setup a bunch of folders and files with no real explanation of where or what anything in them does. Where is the main node app.js file that gets executed when the server is run? Where do I put my angular services, directives, etc? There are two folders build and client with nearly the exact same files. All of this seems so confusing and makes me really not want to use this framework. I have scoured the documentation and it doesn't explain any of this. Has anybody used yeti-launch before successfully? I have no clue where to start
