FPS of a video element through javaScript?

Is there any possible way to get FPS of a video element during the WebRTC through JavaScript? I tried to find the FPS property for Video, but can't find anything. I also tried to search function for it, however not getting anything clear from the search result. If there any possible way to get the FPS through JS please help me to find it. Thank you.
