Free alternative to browserstack

For those who are now starting in web design industry is there a valid FREE alternative instead of browserstack? Thanks in advance :)

I'm not sure if it was the case back when the question was asked but BrowserStack does offer discounted/free options for freelancers and open source projects. https://www.browserstack.com/pricing
