Front End Design Tech Degree Project 1 help!

Hi Guys!

I have finally embarked on the Front End Design Tech Degree and I have reached my first project which is to adapt a simple one page framework that will act as my online bio with links to my various social media.

Now for extra marks, I can add some additional pages and what I want to do is add an extra page that will act as my portfolio page. Now I am slightly stumped because I don't know how to lay it out and what to say. I have looked online for 'Web Design Portfolios' and a lot of the stuff that comes up seems way too complicated for a newbie like me!

I was wondering if any of you, my fellow students either have created your own simple web portfolios or could point me towards I could find some for inspiration! How would you guys lay it out? Any help would be greatly appreciated and I will owe all of you a digital drink!

Cheers guys!

Karl

Here's a little something to get you thinking.

It's a simple portfolio home page design from Guil Hernandez and his CSS Transitions and Transforms course. I'm actually building a portfolio page of my own based on something from that course. It's meant to be a Gallery home page but it could be easily used for a Portfolio home page.

You can follow the course from the library if you haven't already it;s a fun one. Good luck. :-)

I like the blog page from Treehouse, with some adaptations this could work as a portfolio page. I like this page too http://zeropixel.com.br/ it's simple and beautiful.

Hope it helps.
