Is the CSS foundation course meant to be the next course after building a website? I feel as if I'm back tracking to basics with the start of this new course?

Definitely! You learned some css in the How to Make a Website course, but the CSS Foundations will bring you a lot deeper into it. When you first start it, a lot the lessons include things you may have already learned, but once you get further in, you'll learn a lot of awesome things, like flex-box, animations, transitions, gradients, and go more in depth on what you already learned.

Thanks Emma Willmann, looking forward to it!

Yeah, that's how I felt too but you will be taught some of the more detailed aspects of CSS within the course. You will start to get exposure to things like web animations, transitions and some aspects of web design to make your future website visually stunning. The Build a Website really is a hint of all the features within HTML/CSS (and later JavaScript). Run through it and hopefully you will learn something new that may be essential in building a personal website.
