FTPing files for a new domain

I just recently purchased a second domain name through webhostingforstudents.com. So my questions is, do i have to FTP the wordpress files again just like I did for my first domain name?

You can simple use cloner to run direct transfer to new site and then place the define siteurl and url in wp-config if you find you have issue with db error. also you can do a simple transfer to new domain, if you need help give me a shout and i'll place it over for you but its always best to try first, so you know whats what. Learning is the key.
