gatsby js not creating directory

i installed gatsby -cli but the second command is not running

$ gatsby new gatstrap https://github.com/jaxx2104/gatsby-starter-bootstrap info Creating new site from git: git://github.com/jaxx2104/gatsby-starter-bootstrap.git

It is not doing anything after this , i waited for 30 min still not loading...
