Git Hub shows different options compared to the one in the tutorial

I wanted to create a new repository it only asks me for the name if the project and the local path. Is this because there was some updates or am I do

Follow the steps, create a repository and It will tell you exactly how to do it, step by step. If your creating a brand new project you can run git clone https://github.com/YOUR_USERNAME/REPOSITORY_NAME.git inside the terminal in the place where you want the new repository to appear
