I was wondering if there was some sort of fee for transferring from one tech degree to a different one? After lots of research and thought, I've decided to change my route. I'm currently in the full stack and would like to change to the Java development track. Do I get charged again for $200?

I'm not sure about the answer to your first question so I've asked around for you. But generally the curriculum for the tech degrees is generally made up of Tracks and courses already on Treehouse, in addition to the projects the curriculum offera so you may not need to do the track at the same time. :-)

8,600 PointsCandace Goodson great questions! There isn't a fee for switching over to another Techdegree. We may look into limiting this in the future, but for now, you can switch between them. Please note that this does not reset your project submission timer.
As for Tracks, you can absolutely go through tracks and library content while on a Techdegree. Access to this is already included in your existing Techdegree.

1,784 PointsALSO, is there a way to also do one of the "tracks" while doing the techdegree? I still want to have some decent front end knowledge just in case it's needed for a java development position. Would that be necessary? Also, would it just add the normal track fee to my monthly pmt??
