I'm referring to the plugin that maps the custom post types and fields to gravity forms. As shown in the video associated with this comment

You should try Ninja forms, free plugin but some premium extentions if you need. It is possible to style with CSS but can be tricky. If you looking to style the forms you should read their docs and forums as there are some quirky workarounds.
