Python Python Collections (2016, retired 2019) Slices Slice Functions

Great work! OK, this second one should be pretty similar to the first. Make a new

Can you help me please? My code is working in PyCharm, but it is not working in python shell :/

slices.py
def first_4(iterable):
    return iterable[:4]

def first_and_last_4(iterable):
    first = iterable[:4]
    last = iterable[:-5:-1]
    return first + last

I think your problem is that the way to are slicing the list to get the value for last returns 8, 7, 6, 5 and it is the incorrect order.

Another way to can slice the last 4 values and maintain the correct order would be: last = iterable[-4:]. This starts slicing at the 4th value from the end and since there is no value on the right side of the colon it will slice everything from that 4th last position to the end of the list.

Yeah I got that ... It must be [-4:], but thank you for quick response :)
