Guard not appearing as purple keyword. Giving me error consecutive statements must be separated by ;

Here is the code I used for the function. I suspect I might be my version of x-code. fun createFriend(dict: [String: String]) -> Friend? { gaurd let name = dict["name"], age = dict["age"] else { return nil } }

Hi Boris,

func createFriend(dict: [String: String]) -> Friend? { // I just replaced 'fun' by 'func'
 guard let name = dict["name"], age = dict["age"] else { // It was just a typo. You spelled 'guard' wrongly
 return nil }
}
