Hey philhan89, don't know if it helps, but you could slow down the video to half the speed. (you'll find it to the right of "rewind video", to the left of "subtitles/captions").

Guil is a brilliant teacher. Straight forward with a friendly teaching manner. I think what you need to do is try your best at following along. And think about what is not really working for you. To insult a treehouse teacher is unfair. Please think before you post.
