Guys i need help with this

Im having a lot of trouble trying to find out how to complete the fill in the blank question where you have to add the fade effect when the slick plugin displays a new slide. I've tried everything i can think of and nothing works. if anyone can help me with this, that would be stellar.

Hint: plugins commonly use object syntax. A setting can have: On/off true/false.
