I'm not too familiar with windows prompt, but can you clarify what you're trying to do at this point?

Trying to generate the tree book application in Rails, how do I get to the Terminal or Command prompt in Windows? Ok, I accomplished finding an answer to my question, just a process which I am not completely familiar with, but figured it out. Thank you for your assistance, and Great Day to you William! :)
