having problems accessing the console

To open the console you use ⌘ + ⌥ + J on a Mac, Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows and Linux using the Chrome Browser or Ctrl + Shift + J on Windows and Linux, ⌘ + shift + J on Mac using Firefox
