If you got to the second challenge, then your variable name in the function was right. You need to set the new variable name inside the function. It'll look like this. Does that help?

<?php
function my_plugin_get_profile( $my_plugin_username ) {
  $json_feed_url = 'http://myapi.net/'. $my_plugin_username . ".json";

}

?>

Thanks so much Gareth! That helped
