Moath M the motion graphics in these videos are most likely made with Adobe After Effects. Its a 2D program that allows you to animate layers. I hope that answers your question.

Yup, these were probably made in after effects. http://www.mtmograph.com/ has a bunch of really awesome tutorials on how to do this, and a pretty sweet youtube channel... That's how I learned.
