hello iam stuck at challenge task 5 in how to make a website they tell me dont forget to add title to your page plz help

You are almost right, but when you define your charset you are mixing the quotation marks (with single, and double ones), try using only one of them. You could do it like this:

<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">            <---------- single and double quotation marks you have to choose one
    <title>Code Challenge</title>
  </head>
  <body>
    <header></header>
    <section></section>
    <footer></footer>
  </body>
</html>

Try refreshing the page. Additionally, I noticed your code <code><meta charset='utf-8"></code> wraps the utf-8 with a ' ". It should be like this <code><meta charset="utf-8"</code> with a " ".
