can someone tell me what i am missing???

let currencies = ["US":"Dollar", "UK":"Pound", "JP":"Yen"]
let ukCurrency  = currencies.accessValueForKey ("UK")

If you click the Preview button you will see this error message:

swift_lint.swift:4:19: error: '[String : String]' does not have a member named 'accessValueForKey'
let ukCurrency  = currencies.accessValueForKey ("UK")

You need to do this instead:

let currencies = ["US":"Dollar", "UK":"Pound", "JP":"Yen"]
let ukCurrency = currencies["UK"]
