Try changing the script's src to: 

http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.11.0/jquery.min.js

I think the path you are currently using is causing the browser to look for a local file on your computer.

Also, you have that following scripts tags duplicated in your HTML:
