Help needed in code and api

I want to make a group chat in the app you tought......can I do it using parsE?

and is it possible to add video chat using parse?? if no than which is best api

can you give me codes of above things ;)

To do instant chat you need to use 'sockets', basically distributed computing mechanism. AFAIK it's not possible to do that in parse without some hectic cloud code. I think FireBase can do it. FireBase is an API much like Parse.
