help with object-oriented code challenge - swift

The object-oriented Swift tutorials have been pretty difficult for me to follow and I'm not too sure what else to do here. Any explanation would be appreciated.

structs.swift 
struct Person {
    let firstName: String
    let lastName: String

    func fullName() -> (String String) {
    }
    return (firstName lastName)
    }
