I dont know where to instantiate this variable?? my code isnt working. Where do i assign amount to 100.

Hey Beny, The challenge asks you to create "an instance of Expense" and name it item. Therefore, when they ask you to create an instance of the struct, you can just do that below the struct definition. In other words, do it below the last curly brace.
