Hey community, my code here doesn't pass as correct, can I have some help?

Hey guys my code; specifically the self.description = "(red: self.red, green: self.green, blue: self.blue, alpha: self.alpha)" } passes on Xcode but is stated as incorrect according to treehouse! Any ideas why? cheers

structs.swift
struct RGBColor {

    let red: Double
    let green: Double
    let blue: Double
    let alpha: Double

    let description: String

    init(red: Double, green: Double, blue: Double, alpha: Double) {
        self.red = red
        self.green = green
        self.blue = blue
        self.alpha = alpha
        self.description = "\(red: self.red, green: self.green, blue: self.blue, alpha: self.alpha)" }
    }

//This passes on xcode but is not accepted as correct in the challenge!

Hey Jordan,

You code is correct which is why it is working in Xcode. The problem you have here is a requirements issue.

The requirements state:

the description property should look like this: "red: 86.0, green: 191.0, blue: 131.0, alpha: 1.0"

currently if you were to print the description to the console it wouldn't look like what the requirements are requesting.

Consider the code below

struct RGBColor {
  let red: Double
  let green: Double
  let blue: Double
  let alpha: Double

  let description: String

  // Add your code below
  init(red: Double, green: Double, blue: Double, alpha: Double) {
        self.red = red
        self.green = green
        self.blue = blue
        self.alpha = alpha
        self.description = "red: \(red), green: \(green), blue: \(blue), alpha: \(alpha)"
  }
}

Yes thats what I used to pass, but I still don't understand the difference? isn't that the interpolated version of the same thing I typed?
