Which "requirements" are you referring to? ADA? Or did you mean "recommendations"?

But either way, with an evolving technology, even if you start an up-to-date course it might no longer be perfectly current by the time you finish it. What these courses teach are practical fundamentals that every developer needs to know. You'll also learn about which resources to use (and when not to) for "bleeding edge" tech.
