Hi I am a newbie here and I somehow deleted my index.html file and not sure how to get it back. do I just start over as

I tried to get help from teh customer support but they are not sure of how to help

I would suggest looking in your recycling bin. Most likely it is there. Otherwise yes you'd need to start over if it's not backed up anywhere.

It looks like you have to start over if you have deleted index.html on work space. You can try to go back to older saved workspace folder where sometimes you find an older version of index.html as sometimes you have to start a new workspace to continue and if you delete that new workspace by accident but you can still get to the previous saved workspace where the index.html file was saved. Hope it helps.

Oops yeah sorry I forgot everyone is using workspaces and not their own system resources.

Unfortunately, once you've deleted a file from your workspace, it's gone. If your index file was a pre-made one in association with a video within one of our courses, you can simply launch a new version of that workspace from its respective video page and make a copy of the index file from there.
