Hi i cant seem to find the video that Craig is referring to in java basics

Hi i cant find the videos he refers to regarding contains method or how to make a string lower and upper case or a string that contains a string.

Please help, i have done the loopy loops video but noticed he mentioned the topics above in java objects but i couldn't find them when i went back to java basics i need to know what they are in order to move on to java objects please.
