hi, it seems the apps/software is not working everytime i submit my answers on the challenge questions. i restarted my windows but still the same.

Hello!

The <script> tag usually has to be between <head> or <body> tags, yours is outside. Try placing it just before the end of the <body> tag and give it a try. It should work.
