Hi! What am I doing wrong? let role = 'developer'; let result = role.toUpperCase();

Hi Anastasiia,

You only need to use the toUppercase() method on role within the msg variable declaration. The end product from the code should say: "FirstName LastName: Role (but in uppercase)" which is stored in the msg variable. Please see my example below for further information where I have included a version using string concatenation and another using template literals (`` - my personal favourite to use):

let msg = firstName + ' ' + lastName + ': '  + role.toUppercase();

let msg = `${firstName} ${lastName}: ${role.toUpperCase()}`;

// variable message will be: Anastasiia Eliseeva: DEVELOPER
