Hi when i finish to do the same things that the teacher make with visual basic and try to run in chrome dont run

i creat the npm http server but how i can link this server with the example of my teacher in visual basic, cause i load the scoreboard to visual basic but when i press start the localhost dont work help me how i can creat a local server cause im so confuse with this.

i found the way for solved that problem i create the server and then i put the ip inside launch.jso and work.
