Highlighting text

When highlighting text with ctrl shift arrow key(once), it only highlights "</" not "</body>" ?

You might be on Windows? This course is also quite old, so how much is highlighted might have been changed. I also have the same issue (I'm on Windows 10). However, you can just hit ctrl + shift + right/left arrow multiple times until you have the desired area selected.
