The challenge is about placing the content into a container with the appropriate semantic meaning. So by example put the top ul, h1 and p into a header.

This should not make any visual changes but it will make your site easier to maintain and on top of that it allows screenreader, search engines and some tools to find particular sections on your site.

w3school has a list of all the new html5 semantic elements.
